We ran for a month last year, I'm considering only running the challenge for a week this time, I'd love your feedback.

Just speaking for myself, of course, but I always feel daunted by these things when there's something to do every day. At some point I always fall behind -- often right at the beginning -- and then I get very discouraged about trying to catch up and inevitably falling behind. Which is to say, I like the idea of a two-week event where things happen maybe every two or three days. Much easier to keep up and feel enthusiastic and successful at participating. (My issues, let me show you them. *wry grin*)
